Smoot Mango and Coconut Milk
Ingredients for 2:
- 1 / 3 cup light coconut milk unsweetened (and preferably organic), 80 ml
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt, or 240 ml
- 1 cup and 1 / 2 mango diced
- 1 ripe banana, sliced, and preferably cold
- 1 tablespoon of lime juice
Method:
Pour the coconut milk and yogurt in blender. Add remaining ingredients. Mixer.
Serve chilled.
Note: a splash of rum smoothie transforms it into a delicious tropical cocktail.
