Cupcakes Vanilla
for 12 cupcakes Ingredients:
- 210 g flour
- 180 g sugar
- 1 and 1 / 2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 110 g soft butter
- 250 g yoghurt
- 1 + 1 / 2 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
Method:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F or 175 ° C. Place paper liners in muffin pan.
In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together first 4 ingredients.
In a second bowl, mix the last 3 ingredients and, using a spatula, fold into above mixture, but no more.
Using two spoons, fill the boxes with about 2 / 3.
Bake for 22 to 24 minutes, the cupcakes and turn halfway through cooking.
Carefully remove the trays and let cool completely on rack.
